Follow Up From Texas game

Just wanted to add this pick to show that I, unlike other handicappers , actually bet on the games I talk about.
Here's what I like tomorrow. Depending on what the line opens up as, Denver over Dallas. Like I've said before , Denver is unbelievably good facing teams at home on a back to back. Dallas also looks like the injuries could hurt them as they squeaked out a win against Sacramento last night. Billups is questionable, and of course there is a lot of uncertainty with Carmelo these days. I still like the value in this spot no matter the circumstances. Dallas played a tough game in Sac and left on a plane probably about midnight to arrive in Denver early this morning. Any human body would be tired from a trip like this , and Denver has proved this time and time again.

Feb 10th

4/7 yesterday. I still like the games we lost , but that's how it goes sometimes.

Huge plays tonite!

#1. Texas -12 vs oklahoma- they haven't won a game by less than 11 (Kansas at Kansas) and are 8-0 in the conf. Oklahoma has some pretty bad losses on their record. Texas is hands down the best team in the country and this game will show it , as well as Saturday vs Baylor as they win both by 20+. 10 units

#2. Spurs / Toronto Under - spurs are playing a lot better Def after they gave up 128 to the Knicks. I think 12 of their last 16 have gone under. Toronto off a back to back losing to Milwakee. - 5units

#3. Knicks -6.5 vs Clippers - Clippers on their 3 straight road game and back to back from Orlando. Clips will have a tough time Vs the deep Knicks team. -5units

#4. UNC +10 vs Duke - RIval game. UNC is playing like a top 5 team as of late. You always ride the streaks of hot teams. They have something to prove here. I think it will be a close one at the half but Duke should pull away in the last 2 min to make a final of 87-80. - 2 units

My biggest play will be tomorrow and Saturday. Stay tuned . 25 unit play.

Feb 9th

This could be a big day. Here are the plays I like in order of confidence. . .

#1 . OKC -6.5 v s memphis - Memphis on a back to back Physical Lakers game loss. OKC has won 3 straight and is looking really strong offensively. They are playing great team basketball while Memphis has lost 2 of their last 3 , with their only win being close one to Cleveland. 5 units.

#2. Orlando -9 vs Clippers - Orlando is coming off a tough loss to Boston and looking to make a statement with this game. They owned the Clips in the first game of this series , and the clippers are looking pretty bad on the road, especially with no Eric Gordon. 5 units

#3. Houston -9 vs. minnesota - I like the home favorite in this spot as they are both on back to backs, while Houston looks good winning 3 straight. 3 units

#4. Purdue -13 vs Indiana - Indiana Missing Watford and playing a tough Purdue team at home. This is setting up to be a 20 point blowout as Indiana is getting some amazing play from some mediocre players. This won't be the case in this game if Purdue puts in minimal planning for outside shooting and slow down offense. 3 units

#5. Heat -11.5 over pacers - Heat look like they have found their groove. A revenge play from the last time the Pacers beat them by 19. 1 unit

#6. Toronto vs. Milwakee under 193- neither team is scoring in the 100s lately . 1 unit

#7. Sixers +3.5 vs Hawks - Sixers playing well as of late and Hawks may be without Horford and Johnson. 1 unit

Denver Nuggets at home

as a home favorite of 6.5 to 9 points

Denver is 28-0 the last 3 seasons straight up .

19-6-3 against the spread last 3 seasons.

Tonite they won by 19 vs. portland as 8 point favorites .

Not to mention, Portland was on a back - to - back playing away in the "high altitude" of Denver.

This is my absolute favorite play every year.
